Shipping & Returns
We ship our packages to all 13 states via Pos Laju (Malaysia's National Courier). Packages would usually arrive within 2-5 working days.
- RM 10 will be charged for orders within Peninsular Malaysia
- RM 15 will be charged for orders within Sabah & Sarawak
International orders may take up to 20-30 working days. All duties and tax imposed will be at customer's expense.
Should there be any missed deliveries after the stated working days, kindly send us an email together with the order & shipping number to: email@example.com.

Exchanges are permitted only on a wrong size or order basis and is to be done within seven (7) business days upon receipt of purchase. Returned items must be free from damage and in the form of which it was delivered.
Payment of exchanged item(s) which is of greater value than the original item shall be made within 24 hours upon confirmation from our Customer Service team and thereafter no refunds shall be entertained subsequently.
This item exchange is subjected to availability of stock.
Refunds are only permitted due to manufacturing defects and subject to availability of stock. Please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) business days upon receiving the item and please include the order number, description of defects and a photo evidencing the defect.
All discounted items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds are permitted for sale items.
