may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or notification together with tracking information where available.


Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

We offer shipping across Malaysia through our appointed delivery partners.

  • West Malaysia: approximately 1–5 business days
  • East Malaysia: approximately 3–10 business days

International Shipping

Nuria ships internationally to selected countries and regions.

are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Nuria is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.


Shipping Fees

From time to time, Nuria may offer complimentary shipping promotions subject to applicable terms and minimum purchase requirements.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details provided are accurate and complete.

Nuria shall not be liable for:

  • failed deliveries;
  • delays; or
  • additional charges

resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once orders are handed over to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to third-party logistics providers.

If you experience significant delivery delays or believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier where reasonably possible.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love every Nuria piece you receive. However, if you require a return or exchange, please review the following policy carefully.


Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted subject to the following conditions:

  • requests are made within 7 days from the date of delivery;
  • items are unworn, unused and unwashed;
  • original tags and packaging remain intact;
  • items are in original condition without alterations, stains, perfume or damage.

Nuria reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

  • sale or discounted items;
  • promotional items;
  • accessories;
  • innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items;
  • customised or altered products.

Exchange Requests

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, Nuria may offer:

  • store credit;
  • alternative item selection; or
  • refund where applicable.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange request, customers should contact our customer care team with:

  • order number;
  • reason for return;
  • supporting photographs where applicable.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item received is defective;
  • an incorrect item was shipped; or
  • otherwise determined by Nuria.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.

Please allow reasonable processing time for:

  • payment verification;
  • banking procedures;
  • payment provider processing timelines.

Shipping fees, duties and taxes are generally non-refundable unless required by law or where the return results from Nuria’s error.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days from delivery together with supporting photographs.

Upon verification, Nuria will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • replacement;
  • exchange;
  • repair; or
  • refund.

Colours and Product Appearance

We strive to display product colours and details as accurately as possible.

However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on:

  • lighting;
  • photography;
  • device screens; and
  • monitor settings.

Such variations shall not generally be considered defects.
